Plastic Sacrificial Mold Inserted Micro-Metal Injection Molding Method

摘要

Sacrificial plastic mold inserted metal injection molding (SPiMIM) method was proposed to solve some problems, such as filling in narrow cavity, poor mold transcription, difficult de-molding and handling operations in μ-MIM process. The plastic sacrificial molds are prepared by three types of methods, such as micro-machining, LIGA process and micro rapid prototyping for zigzag-shaped spring, micro reactor and micro impeller, respectively.
