Condominium Hotels: Innovation in Operating Modes of Chinese Hotel Industry

摘要

A new operating mode of condominium hotels for hotel industry was introduced into our country. It is a hotel operating unit which is sold to individual equity investors for the purpose of rental income. By introducing the concept of condominium hotels and its development in the western countries, this paper tries to analyze the current situation and problems of Chinese condominium hotels and, then puts forward some possible solutions and its prospect.
