China is one of the main fishery countries in the world. Since 1990, total output of aquatic products is in the first place for consecutive fourteen years. Export of aquatic products increased year after year, and total export of aquatic products is more than 25% on the export of agricultural products. Aquaculture industry has become the pillar industry on sustainable development of fishery industry. With the development of aquaculture, all kinds of bacteria, virus and parasite caused serious diseases in aquaculture. Problems of aquatic products quality safety caused by abusing additives and drugs happened constantly. For example, "Chloramphenicol event" and "Oxolinic Acid event" et al, which made huge economic losses to our country. China face serious international market compete, especially we took part in WTO. Quality safety has become the main reason on restricting the export of our aquatic products, and it is of great urgency on establishing and completing quality safety technology and safetystandard system on aquatic products.
