摘要

An existing FPGA-based device for beam position monitoring [1] was reconfigured into a four-channel digital pulse processing system for semiconductor detectors. Preamplifier outputs were sampled with a frequency of 100 MHz and mathematically processed for pulse height analysis. In addition, each detector event was time-stamped. Both real ime histogram calculation as well as list-mode recording is possible.
