摘要

In this paper we have shown that the presented fabrication method - the deposition of PS-latex particles as a Langmuir-Blodgett film on water surface, is another way to prepare periodically arranged, evaporated particles. This allows the application of large monolayered masks directly onto arbitrary surfaces. Moreover, other advantages of this technique are: a short preparation time and a high level of hexagonal orientation. Further improvement of evaporated structures could be carried out through annealing which enables a high unification of particle size and considerably increases their homogeneity. Fabrication of sandwich-like multilayer particles by the evaporation of three layers of metal was also presented as a possible method of magnetic properties increase of evaporated metal particles. Furthermore, we showed that versatile PS-latex masks can be used also for other applications such as e.g. preparation of different structures by spraying of aqueous colloid particles solutions.
