We have analysed the basic examples of cases of completely transmitted light. The text presents a theory of light transmission through material media. This theory is universal for all electromagnetic ranges. Then Law of Light Transmittance is proposed. Moreover, the Ewald-Oseen extinction theorem corresponds to the Law of Light Transmittance, which is shown.
