An electrode having higher performance in terms of light transmittance, surface resistance, and flexibility is manufactured as compared with an existing ITO transparent electrode in which tin oxide is doped in indium oxide. In addition, the manufacturing cost of an electrode having higher performance in terms of light transmittance, sheet resistance and flexibility compared to the existing ITO transparent electrode is reduced. An amine group-containing compound layer formed above and a metal layer formed on the amine group-containing compound layer are included. Moreover, the electrode with excellent light transmittance may further include an antireflection layer formed on the metal layer. Moreover, the electrode which is excellent in light transmittance may further include a metal oxide layer between the substrate and the amine group-containing compound layer. [Selection] Figure 1
