Agent-Oriented System Architecture for Knowledge Management

摘要

Every organization depends on its knowledge for effectively and efficiently executing its business mission. Therefore, knowledge management is a topic of high importance for business and it has a widespread recognition and acceptance by technology vendors. This paper proposes a multi-agent system architecture. This system consists of several software agents and acts as a middleware between several users and organizations. The agents cooperatively interact with each other to find and process information to fulfill the users interest and the organization needs. A prototype of this system is being implemented to demonstrate its feasibility.
