摘要

The interest to wire arrays as the sources of powerful soft x-ray radiation (SXR) has increased nowadays. The efficiency of transformation of electrical energy into SXR during array implosion is appreciably depended on plasma parameters. It is very important to know the current and magnetic field distributions inside imploding array. This report is devoted to the investigation of magnetic field distribution in imploding array by magnetic probes on installation Angara-5-1. Evaporation of a probe under influence of SXR and flow of particles, screening of magnetic probes by plasma, plasma flows around the probe limit the using of magnetic probes in the powerful discharges. The elimination of above factors are analyzed in given paper. It is experimentally shown, that at a level of currents up to 4MA and power of SXR up to 3TW, the using of magnetic probes can gives the reliable results.
