摘要

MOCVD growth of epitaxial Yba_2Cu_3O_7 high Tc superconducting films containing BaZrO_3 and BaCeO_3 nanosized inclusions is described. It is shown that inclusions grow epitaxially within the matrix of YBCO superconductor. The introduction of optimal quantity of BaZrO_3 inclusions improves the transport critical current density of superconducting films in external magnetic field up to 1T.
