Article based on the topological structure of power optical communication system, analyzes the main factors that affect the reliability of optical transmission equipment and optical fiber links, and consider the bearer of the electric power business of importance weights. At the same time, a kind of electric power communication business route evaluation model and risk calculation method is proposed, the communication risk probability of power business can be early warning based on the proposed method, and through the GMPLS dynamic routing constraint algorithm with time delay parameters, the traffic channel of the communication risk is optimized. So preventive measures can be taken in advance to reduce the risk of power business interruption. Finally according to the topological structure of Subei stable system as an example, the business risk path simulation and verification calculation and risk aversion can be carried through the defense system of power communication security. This method can automatically determine the business risk and realize path rerouting automatically through business communication network dynamic routing constraint algorithm to avoid the risk in advance, but also can provide important reference for the development of the security and stability of power grid strategy.
