New scanning probe microscope with versatile near field optical microscopy measuring head

摘要

New scanning probe microscope is developed. The microscope has versatile near-field optical microscopy measuring head, built-in controlling computer with network access, powerful embedded software for low-level controlling and convenient software installed on outside computer. Buil-in computer and embedded software provide real-time operating of microscope while outside software allows connection, controlling, receiving and processing data from microscope.
