This article aims at presenting the settlement of problem of saturated fine sand stratum during tunnel's covered-cut execution in the Section from World Trade Station to Dawanglu Station, Subway "Fuxingmen -Bawangfen" in Beijing. The originally designed Half-Section Continuous Wall Solution could not be realized because of the construction of World Trade Intersection. The tunnel execution technique of stratum horizontal freezing has been chosen through comparison of several solutions. The project has well passed through the Drift Sand Layer, and the safety of World Trade Bridge, Dabeiyao Bridge and underground pipelines has been ensured.
