Analysis of a CMOS inverter by coupled simulation

摘要

This paper proposes a device simulation method for a circuit of a plurality of devices. The method consists of carrying out the simulation for each device, and uniting each terminal current at the node between devices. As example, the CMOS inverter circuit is simulated and the voltage transmission characteristic was obtained.
