In FOA which models the automobile body structure in beam element, it is indispensable to introduce characteristic of the spot welded joint and the joint between members into the analysis. Beam finite element for the spot welded box section beam which adopted elastic property of spot welded joint was developed. The joint was modeled in the joint element, and the rigidity was obtained from joint stiffness estimation method by the neural network. It is possible that proposed frame structure analysis method easily grasps the displacement of the whole structure for the change of spot welding pitch and joint structure.
