Prediction Technique for Vibration at Mounting Points of Power Plant using by In-cylinder Pressure

摘要

In order to predict a vibration level at a mounting point of a power plant on a running vehicle, excitation forces to a power plant was calculated with rotational fluctuations of a crankshaft system that were obtained by the detailed dynamic analysis in consideration of both the in-cylinder pressure and the engine main friction. Then, dynamic behaviors of a power plant were calculated, using by its rigid body model. The predicted results showed good agreement with the experimental results. The validity of this technique was confirmed.
