Investigation on the Influence of Information Presentation on the Sense of Reassurance and Uneasiness

摘要

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of presentating information on the sense of reassurance and uneasiness and to propose a basic guideline in the interface to make a user reassuring. The sense of understanding as the factor of the sense of reassurance was focused on, and the experiment that examined how the sense of understanding and the commitment to information influence the sense of reassurance and uneasiness was done.
