A study on the methods of utilization and modification of load forecasts in economic load dispatching with dynamic fuel cost models

摘要

In this paper we consider two topics related with load forecasts in Economic Load Dispatching (ELD). The first topic is about utilization of load forecasts in ELD with dynamic fuel cost models, and the second topic is about modification of load forecasts in general ELD. We propose new methods for both utilization and modification of load forecasts, and examine the effectiveness of them through simulation.
