Comparison of two Optical Switching Architectures to Provide a Broadband Connection to Train Passengers

To provide high bandwidth services to train passengers, a dedicated broadband network along the railways is proposed. By means of optical switching, we want to limit the handover times and so increase the available bandwidth.
