In order to develop the corrosion resistance steel for automotive bodies, Zn-Cr alloy electro-plated steel sheets were studied. The results are summerized as follow: (1) Corrosion resistance of Zn-Cr alloy electroplated steel sheet enhances due to the passivation of chrominum oxides. (2) As Cr content in deposit increases, corrosion resistance after painting of Zn-Cr alloy electro-plated steel sheet enhances at the content range of 2 to 4.5wt
