A plating solution for manufacturing a Zn-W alloy electroplated steel sheet, which gives excellent corrosion resistance to the steel sheet by allowing Zn and W to be present in a plating layer, and which can manufacture the steel sheet stably, the Zn-W alloy electroplated steel sheet manufactured using the plating solution, and a method of manufacturing the Zn-W alloy electroplated steel sheet are provided. A plating solution for manufacturing a Zn-W alloy electroplated steel sheet has a composition comprising 100 to 200 g/L of zinc chloride, 0.2 to 5 g/L of sodium tungstate, 150 to 400 g/L of potassium chloride, 0.1 to 2 ml/L of polyethylene glycol, and 1.0 to 5 g/L of citric acid. A Zn-W alloy electroplated steel sheet comprises an alloy plating layer which is formed by using the plating solution, and contains 0.1 to 5 wt.% of tungsten and 95 to 99.9 wt.% of zinc. A method of manufacturing a Zn-W alloy electroplated steel sheet having excellent corrosion resistance comprises performing a plating process using the plating solution at a pH of 2 to 5, a temperature of 30 to 70 deg.C and a current density of 40 to 120 A/dm^2 such that an alloy plating layer of the Zn-W alloy electroplated steel sheet manufactured by using the plating solution contains 0.1 to 5 wt.% of tungsten and 95 to 99.9 wt.% of zinc.
