摘要

To study the relationality of the installation of basic constitutive elements, the utilization and management of 65 large-scale instruments in medical universities or medical analytical institutions in Guangzhou were investigated. The results showed that the usage rate of the special charged communal instruments was the highest and their service life was long. The service life and the usage rate of the nonspecial managed instruments were the shortest. The usage rate of the research group occupied and operated instrument was the lowest. The often used instruments had longer service life than the idle ones. The construction of instrument maintenance system, the basic structure of instrument management system, and the special disposition of the operators and managers affected the efficiency of instrument management directly. At present, the main problems existed in the instrument management were that the installation of the system was not rational and that the encouragement mechanism failed to effect.
