The teaching of contract law in the European Higher Education Area?s model of excellence is basedon skills acquisition that requires interdisciplinary learning methods that result from collaborative andcoordinated work between educational specialists in different disciplines. This paper will examine thedesign of interdisciplinary seminars based on the study of cases decided by the courts and the use ofICT, allowing Bachelor of Law students to acquire the competencies required to face practical casesrelated to Contract law from an analysis of Civil and Commercial law.
