(1808) UNIMINUTO (COLOMBIA): CONTEXTUALIZATION OF THE PRODUCTIVE SECTOR REALITY AS ONE STRATEGY TO STRENGTHEN THE TRAINING IN HIGHER EDUCATION

摘要

This document summarizes the development of research done on identify the issues and needs of small and medium- sized enterprises in the city of Bogota- Colombia. It shows the aim, the methods, the results and the findings of this study, which was aimed to diagnose in terms of organizational management the companies of the industrial, commercial and services sectors, with the purpose of propose future strategies that can be applied by higher education institutions. Finally, it provides different strategies for universities to satisfy companies’ requirements.
