摘要

This study discusses the influence of organization, competence, leadership, ocb, on organizational performance in Bapeda office South Sulawesi Province. The research method used is descriptive and explanatory research method, with questionnaire technique collected from respondents with total 35 employees in Bappeda office South Sulawesi Province Data analysis technique is multiple regression analysis model with t test statistic test. The results showed that there was a change of culture, competence, commitment to organizational performance.Ocb did not occur directly to organizational performance.
