Application of derivative products for integrating expert knowledge into assembly process planning

摘要

The use of physical mock-ups offers the possibility to evaluate the efficiency of assembly processes in early design stages of product development.Therefore,the challenges of assembly procedures,which arise during the implementation of new large-dimension assembly groups,can be managed prematurely.Assembly training with a derivative product in an assembly workshop stimulates a knowledge exploitation of function and performance of assembly groups.The paper shows the acquisition of technical expertise from shop floor staff and knowledge from non-experts from assembly operations during the assembly workshop,by using the handling with a derivative product.These information were integrated into the implementation process of assembly planning.
