Systematization of costs and effects as a method of costs management in innovative projects of underground construction

As the important direction of increase of economic efficiency of underground construction is the complex of actions directed on minimization of costs and increase of effect from introduction of innovations acts. Achievement of economy of costs requires understanding of opportunities and ways of its achievement. The author investigates structure of costs of introduction of innovations by the small construction enterprises and carries out their systematization according to structure of costs of production of building and construction works, represents the general structure of costs of implementation of the innovative project by the small and medium-sized construction enterprises, systematizes the different types of effects received by the enterprise at implementation of an innovative activity
