摘要

In endoplasmic reticulum (ER) glycoprotein quality control, tribranched high-mannose glycans are function as secretion and degradation signals. These signals are produced by regioselective trimming of a terminal mannose residue in the each branch structures by a-1, 2-mannosidases in ER.[1] In this study, we synthesized three trimannosides having different innermost glycosidic linkage (Fig. 1) to understand regioselectivity of the a-1, 2-mannosidases in ER.
