Polycrystalline SrBi_4Ti_(3.95)Zr_(0.05)O_(15) (SBZT) ceramic was prepared by solid-state double sintering method. It was characterized by X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) and Scanning Electron Micrograph (SEM). With the increased addition of ZrO_2, the electrical properties as dielectric, ferroelectric and piezoelectric were studied. From XRD, single-phase formation with orthorhombic structure was identified by the increase of ZrO_2. The remnant polarization (Pr) and dielectric constant was found to be increased with the increase of ZrO_2. With the increase of ZrO_2, Curie temperature (T_c) was found to be decreased. The planar electromechanical coupling coefficient (K_p = 0.57) and Piezoelectric coefficient (d_(33) = 18 pC/N) was found to be increased with the increase of ZrO_2.
