Crystal growth, dielectric and fluorescence properties of semi-organic lithium hydrogen phthalate dihydrate single crystal
Lithium hydrogen phthalate dihydrate crystal was grown by the slow evaporation method. Single- crystal X-ray diffraction confirms that the grown crystal has orthorhombic crystal structure. The dielectric constant and loss were investigated at different frequencies (1 kHz-1 MHz) and temperatures (40°C-80°C). Broad emission peak observed at 448 nm indicates blue emission.
