Presurgical planning in results of severe orbital fractures. Our experience. Although advisable, it is not always possible to resolve any facial trauma in primary surgical procedure, and therefore it happens to have to manage patiens with enophthalmus, macroorbita, telecanthus with or without associated diplopia. The aim oft the present paper is to assess need and suitability of modern imaging procedures in presurgical planning in cases of severe posttraumatic sequelae of orbital fractures referring to the experience oft he department of maxillifacial surgery at Santa Chiara's Hospital in Trento (Italy)
