Accidents with trauma to the elbow are common. However, the frequency of elbow fracture differs between children and adults. In adults 50% of elbow fractures involve the radial head and 20% the olecranon. These types of fractures are uncommon in children (1). Radial head fractures and dislocations are traumatic lesions which require adequate treatment to prevent functional impairment, deformity, stiffness, pos-traumatic arthritis, nervous lesion and other complications. In this work is described a rare case of sequels of radial head fracture/dislocation (2).
