FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used in operative treatment of fractures of humerus. Clamp for removal of the humerus head of soft tissues in dislocation-fracture of a humeral bone comprises two hingedly connected branches with annular handles and a clamping stop at the non-working end of one of the branches. Working parts of branches are installed with possibility of closure. First working part is made outward bent to form a half loop, the end of which is provided with bone fixing teeth. Second working portion is unfolded relative to corresponding branch at angle of 150–160°, is made in the form of a flat-bottomed flat concave with smooth rounded edges facing the teeth of the first working part.;EFFECT: technical result consists in prevention of intra- and postoperative complications caused by damage to surrounding vessels, soft tissues, as well as reducing traumatisation of head of humerus when extracted from soft tissues and reliability, ease of this technique in surgical treatment of dislocation-fracture of humerus.;3 cl, 5 dwg
