摘要

Mercury ions (Hg~(2+)), even at very low concentration, has been reported to damage brain, kidney and lungs and caused many diseases, such as acrodynia and Minamata disease. Its toxicity has long been recognized and is a problem of primary concern. So, diverse methods for detecting Hg~(2+) are reported in many magazines. Given high sensitivity, good selectivity and rapid response, fluorogenic method is regarded as preferable approach for the measurement. However, 'turn-off probes are usually not popular because of disadvantages in the strong interference. Therefore, most of rhodamine-based probes with 'turn-on' mode are paid more and more concern because of the unique spirolactam structure.
