In Italy areas for high risk population for Gastric Cancer are located in northern and central area. In Tuscany there is an area around Arezzo, central Italy, where the incidence of gastric cancer remains still 80 new cases per year per 100.000 inhabitants (picture 1), in spite of decreasing incidence of gastric cancer worldwide.
