摘要

The present invention relates to a melting curve analysis method using a bifunctional PNA probe, and a microsatellite instability diagnosis method and a kit for microsatellite instability diagnosis using the melting curve analysis method and, more specifically, to a method for analyzing a melting curve according to a structure of a fluorescent PNA probe coupled with different coupling force in accordance with the number of deleted nucleotide variations by using a fluorescent PNA probe which can be peculiarly coupled to a portion where the same nucleotide is repeated; and to a diagnosis method of being able to determine microsatellite instability rapidly and correctly by detecting gene variations of a microsatellite marker generated by nucleotide deletion at a portion, where the same nucleotide is repeated by the analyzing method and accordingly counting the number of the nucleotide variations. The present invention can analyze, with high sensitivity, whether microsatellite marker gene is deleted by using five microsatellite markers of quasi loci having high sensitivity and peculiarity, thereby reducing costs and test time as compared with a conventional MSI diagnosis method.
