Carcinomas Cell Imaging by Using EpCAM-binding Peptides Selected from the Cyclic Non-standard Peptide Library

摘要

Here we report carcinomas cell imaging by using EpCAM-binding peptides. EpCAM-binding peptides are selected from the cyclic non-standard peptide library using RaPID display. The selected peptides have remarkably strong affinity against EpCAM, enables us to devise for a new imaging tool for carcinomas cells.
