摘要

In straddle monorail transit system, PC track beam is both load-bearing beam and guide rail when vehicle is running. High precision is required on PC track beam linear. Linear error coercion is usually by mm level. The design and manufacture of PC track beam is key technology of straddle monorail transit system. Several problems in PC track beam design and manufacture are studied. Calculation on track beam length and supporting pad-stone center location is important to the erection of the PC track beam.If the Error is excessive, PC track beam may not be installed leading to a great engineering accident.Considering track beam upside as mileage bench mark in straddle monorail traffic engineering, the effects of vertical curve on the calculations of the track beam length and location of the supporting pad stone is analyzed in this paper.According to different kinds of vertical curve, different radius of vertical curve and different length of the track beam, length of the track beam and midline mileage of the supporting pad-stone center where the track beam with vertical curve is corrected, computation modifier formulas and detailed correction quantity is presented in the paper.
