MALDI Mass Spectrometry Imaging of Penile Cancer Tissue

摘要

Optimization of both sample preparation/matrix addition and software control for MS imaging of penile tissue. Results: MALDIMS analysis of unwashed penile tissue using sinapinic acid as matrix provided a high quality image, whereas using CHCA as matrix failed to produce a distribution image of any ion across an m/z range of 600-4000. A software program was created to process and export MS imaging data for further analysis.
