Global Characterization of SRM 1950 (Metabolites in Human Plasma) using Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

SRM 1950 was profiled using LC-MS/MS. The large variability observed in the profiling of the same material (and same sample) on different platforms has implications for the inter-instrument and inter-lab reproducibility of metabolomics results.
