摘要

Demonstrated that a single tube methanol extraction of fish tissue is most efficient. Can reproducibly quantitate 16 different PFCs across 3 orders of magnitude (250 ppt - 250 ppb). Established action level (50 ppb) and do not eat level (1.7 ppm) for lakes and rivers in Michigan, and can track environmental movement of PFCs.
