摘要

A combination of ion mobility to extract N -glycan ions from complex mixtures, combined with negative ion fragmentation has enabled isomeric high-mann ose glycans to be identified from a range of basidiomycete-type fungi. The isomeric profiles appeared to be different to those commonly occurring in mammals suggesting the presence of a somewhat dissimilar array of mannosidases.
