UHPLC-ESI-HRMS quantitation of metabolites without using reference standards: Impact of mobile phase composition and flow rate on MS response

摘要

1. Orbitrap achieved higher sensitivity at lower dynamic range in comparison to Linear Ion Trap. 2. A flow rate of 200μL/min and 100% Methanol organic mobile phase composition showed a trend toward equal signal response. 3. Equal signal response is also achieved with reverse composition of the mobile phases at the parent drug retention time.
