Evaluation of the Relationship between Maytansinoid-to-Antibody Ratio and Maytansinoid Distribution Profile in Antibody-Maytansinoid Conjugates

摘要

1. This study showed that the maytansinoid distribution profile of an AMC is directly related to the average maytansinoid-to-antibody ratio (MAR); 2. The results of this study suggested that MAR determined by UV spectroscopy could be used to characterize the distribution profiles of AMCs; 3. For a well defined manufacturing process, MAR can be used as a surrogate parameter for MDP.
