Construction of a Plant Secondary Metabolite, Triple Quadrupole Tandem Mass Spectral Library

摘要

Tandem mass spectral data have been collected for 210 authentic plant secondary standards and purified compounds. Data collection is currently underway for more plant secondary and primary metabolite standards. The tandem library has been constructed using Agilent PCDL manager and will be updated as more data become available. The tandem library is publicly available upon request for non-commercial uses.
