摘要

1. CID of phospholipids provides useful information of the head group only, e.g. loss of water and (CH_3)_3 N for PCs (data not shown). 2. Increased fragmentation is observed for lyso.PC when EID is performed on the lithium adduct 3. Other cations e.g. Na~+ and K~+ do notfurther influence the fragmentation of lyso-PC. 4. Increased fragmentation is observed in lyso-PE and lyso.PE with EID ANDaddition of cationising agents such as Na~+, K~+ and Li~+. 5. EID allows the differentiation of POPC and OPPC and the presence or absenceof acyl chains at the sn.1 or sn.2 positions.
