High resolution Liquid chromatography with Fast Tandem Mass Spectrometric Detection for Multicomponent Analysis in Therapeutic Drug Monitoring

With improved HPLC column performance dozen of analytes from different classes can be analyzed with a generic LC gradient It is more challenging to use a generic sample preparation strategy and therefore extract pooling is of interest to improve sample troughput. Column-switching with pre-trapping on-line dilution allows to tune injection volume and trapping efficiency for large set of analytes.
