Quantitative mass spectrometry to study the effect of histone H4 acetylation

摘要

We developed an improved off-line 2-D RP-RP LC-MS method using MS-compatible acidic solvents in both dimensions which minimizes sample handling and reduces the time of analysis. In combination with SILAC, the approach is most suitable for identification and relative quantification of protein mixtures with mean level of complexity.
