Dried Blood Spot Sampling Technology Evaluated for LDTD-MS/MS Analysis

摘要

Over the different extraction mixtures tested the NaCl saturared into Acetonitrile gives the best results. The FTA-DMPK-A and -B cards are suitable for LDTD-MS/MS analysis. The developped generic extraction procedure can be apply to polar and non-polar compounds. DBS extract can be analyzed with excellent accuracy and precision at a run-time of 10 seconds per sample in LDTD-MS/MS.
