摘要

Metabolomics is important method to elucidate biogenic mechanisms, because it can clarify exhaustive physiological phenomena of living organism. Mass Spectrometry in metabolomics is one of the useful methods which enable us to detect many compounds in the same time. However, the more performance mass spectrometers get, the more data we have. Therefore, software which efficiently analyzing the mass spectrometric data are required. In this study, we developed a in-house look-up metabolic map software which can mark molecules on a metabolic map based on mass spectra. It also allows visual analysis of differential metabolite between two different group. We applied this software to analyze the molecular dynamics of sunlight-exposed white radish sprouts obtained by the Live Single-Cell MS.
